Strength in Numbers: A look at Ecclesiastes 4:12
Updated: Feb 24, 2021
Hello QLife Fam! I am incredibly pleased to announce that I am now an Official YouVersion Bible Influencer! I have always wanted to find a way to spread the Word of God and this is one way I can do that. Ecclesiastes 4:12 “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Three cords woven together are much harder to break than one. This is commonly used in wedding ceremonies to signify the strength of marriage. I see another meaning in the strength of three. My take on it for the here and now is the Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We need all three in our lives to survive. The devastating things going on in the world today can overwhelm anyone. There is so much loss and pain. There is strength in numbers. This scripture shows us that. Do not isolate yourself, reach out to others. Feel free to join my QLife Bible Group and we can enjoy the Word of God together ( click on Bible Group). How are you coping with the difficulties in the world today? Leave a comment below. Your words can help others. Be Blessed today!
